Description

  • Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Write and post job ads across multiple platforms to match role requirements.
  • Screen applications for minimum qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across time zones.
  • Confirm candidate availability and proactively reduce no-shows through phone, SMS, or email.
  • Prepare interview kits and briefing notes for hiring managers.
  • Track candidate progress in the ATS and ensure each step is completed in sequence.
  • Maintain professional, timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain hiring trackers and dashboards for pipeline visibility.
  • Document recurring recruiting processes and propose improvements to workflows and sourcing strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions without reminders.
  • Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing and internal communication.
  • Comfortable triaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and escalating only when necessary.
  • Detail-oriented and able to track dozens of moving parts in parallel.
  • Experience with ATS or recruitment platforms such as Workable or equivalent.
  • Experience using job boards such as Indeed or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, and Docs.
  • Familiarity with Slack for team communication.
  • Ability to work full-time, remotely from the Philippines, on US-aligned hours.
