Description

  • Monitor active project schedules and compare planned milestones against actual field progress.
  • Assess the impact of delays and communicate revised expectations promptly.
  • Obtain missing information from superintendents, vendors, and stakeholders without waiting to be prompted.
  • Maintain JobTread as the primary source of accurate project data and reconcile discrepancies between field activity and system records.
  • Update budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation to reflect current jobsite conditions.
  • Act as the communication bridge between Project Managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Clarify inconsistent reports and close information gaps through direct coordination with involved parties.
  • Proactively coordinate with vendors on deliveries, lead times, constraints, and pending commitments.
  • Monitor permits and approvals from submission through final issuance and maintain compliance records.
  • Prepare project progress reports and maintain organized project files, safety documentation, and equipment logs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Construction Project Management, Project Coordination, or Construction Operations.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycle execution.
  • Ability to review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve coordination issues independently.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Able to make timely operational decisions without excessive approval dependency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with JobTread.
  • Experience with Bluebeam or comparable construction document management software.
  • Availability to work during US business hours for coordination overlap; remote, Philippines-based, independent contractor engagement.
