Description

  • Lead the development and delivery of product roadmap presentations that connect data-driven insights to strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain AI-native workflows using Claude Code to automate roadmap assembly, surface product insights, and prepare executive-ready materials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feedback and analytics shape product direction and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and provide program management for major product initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary interlock with Marketing and Support to coordinate planning, visibility, and execution.
  • Partner with workstream owners to maintain alignment, ensure on-time delivery, and address blockers or escalations proactively.
  • Own the end-to-end process for capturing, synthesizing, and routing customer and field feedback.
  • Use AI workflows to monitor feedback channels, auto-categorize inputs, identify themes, and produce structured summaries for product planning.
  • Translate customer and field input into actionable product priorities and planning materials.
  • Operate in a highly autonomous, process-oriented capacity to improve operational systems and repeatable workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related function.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise software environment is ideal.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives simultaneously and delivering on time.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows.
  • Proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent AI coding tools to automate operational processes and extract insights from large data sets.
  • Strong command of collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace, Lucidchart, and Slack.
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented mindset with experience diagnosing inefficiencies and designing scalable systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Highly self-directed, comfortable operating autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience thriving in dynamic, fast-changing environments and bringing order to complexity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and building from zero to one.
  • Ability to complete security and privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
  • Ability to review, understand, and adhere to Information Security and Privacy Policies and Procedures.
