Description

  • Partner closely with GTM leadership to attract and acquire top talent across North America.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for go-to-market positions, with a focus on high-volume sales roles.
  • Source, assess, select, and engage top-tier candidates while effectively presenting the company’s opportunities.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices, including ATS (LEVER) usage, interview techniques, and approval processes.
  • Drive development and maintenance of the employer brand across external platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to implement best practices and participate in global TA initiatives.
  • Assist the HR team with onboarding, new hire orientation, and managing special projects or initiatives.
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR systems and recruiting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors, leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies, drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, and lead candidate experience efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting for commercial and GTM roles (sales, business development, account management, growth/marketing, partnerships) across multiple levels.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume sales roles and building high-quality teams in scaling software startups or other technology-focused organizations.
  • Prior Talent Acquisition experience in start-up or mid-sized tech companies and in multinational or matrixed environments is preferred.
  • Preferred: experience recruiting for Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles.
  • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of driving change and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited resources.
  • Knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws and general HR best practices is a plus.
  • If required for this role, complete security and privacy literacy training during onboarding and annually and adhere to applicable Information Security and Privacy policies.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000–$140,000 per year.
  • Remote US work with temporary/contract status and possibility to convert to full-time.
