Description

  • Create high-quality customer story assets such as case studies, success videos, one-sheets, slides, and blog posts.
  • Enable internal teams to use customer stories effectively in campaigns, sales materials, and product launches.
  • Manage the customer speaker bureau for virtual and in-person programs, including helping speakers shape event messaging.
  • Recruit, add, and manage advocates in the ChangeMakers advocacy program.
  • Own the Sales Reference program through Base AI in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and customers.
  • Manage peer review presence across TrustRadius, G2, and PeerSpot to improve ratings and increase reviews.
  • Build relationships across Customer Success, Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Analyst Relations, and Communications to grow advocacy.
  • Plan and support community event experiences that engage customers and strengthen advocacy.
  • Secure customer quotes, logos, and other materials for events, launches, press, media, and analyst opportunities.
  • Establish systems to measure and track advocacy engagement and program impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related role.
  • Experience in B2B tech, B2B marketing, or B2B SaaS sales cycles preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline through storytelling.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Highspot, Gainsight, and advocacy platforms such as Base AI.
  • BA or BS degree.
  • Willingness to complete required security and privacy literacy training and adhere to information security and privacy policies.
