Description

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations that demonstrate enterprise solutions, architecture simplicity, and workflow intelligence.
  • Communicate solution value clearly to business and technical audiences and address prospective customer requirements and inquiries.
  • Provide needs assessment, consultation, technical solutions, and customer support alongside Saviynt teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFx opportunities and customer inquiries.
  • Assist in creating and curating RFx responses with the global bid and product management teams.
  • Work proactively and independently with sales leadership to prioritize regional opportunities and drive deals to closure.
  • Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Ramp, mentor, and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, presentations, POC scope management, and execution.
  • Travel domestically up to 40% as needed for customer and business engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Solutions Engineering experience with success in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Security.
  • Strong affinity for Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, and related concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps processes, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through technical certifications.
  • Relevant certifications may include ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Security Engineer.
  • Strong business and technical document creation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence others.
  • Experience with presentation, group facilitation, listening, customer responsiveness, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must complete security and privacy literacy training during onboarding and annually, if required for the role.
  • Must review and adhere to information security and privacy policies and procedures, including data classification, incident response, business continuity, mobile device, account management, access control, personnel security, and privacy policies.
