Description

  • Lead the development and execution of industry strategy for assigned identity and access management market segments.
  • Translate market trends and competitive dynamics into actionable recommendations for field teams, marketing, product management, and executive leadership.
  • Own industry strategy content that supports Analyst Relations programs, including briefings, inquiries, and report submissions.
  • Establish and lead a Competitive Intelligence program for assigned segments.
  • Deliver timely competitive analysis and sales enablement tools for sales, solution engineering, marketing, and product teams.
  • Author, edit, and publish thought leadership reports, competitive analysis, and industry position papers.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations, including keynote speaking at internal and external events.
  • Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and drive fact-based recommendations and results.
  • Communicate and influence stakeholders across sales, SEs, marketing, and product to support strategic alignment and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10-17 years of combined experience in IGA and AIS/RBAC.
  • 10 years of combined experience in consulting, Analyst Relations, or Competitive Intelligence in the identity and access management space.
  • Proven subject matter expertise in identity and access management, especially IGA and AIS/RBAC.
  • Experience managing Analyst Relations programs and achieving favorable report placements is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and publish in-depth reports, analysis, or strategic content for executive and public audiences.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, including keynote or comparable high-visibility speaking experience.
  • Experience leading large initiatives from problem framing and research through business planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with senior executives across regions and functions.
  • Ability to build consensus and influence extended and virtual teams, including sales, SEs, and product.
  • MBA preferred; bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is appreciated, or equivalent experience.
