Description

  • Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks.
  • Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture.
  • Support client engagements from early shaping through execution, including C-level interactions.
  • Contribute to internal capability building and team development.
  • Bring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance, and risk management.
  • Help define and evolve the finance and risk transformation offering for banking clients.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategy consulting with a strong analytical foundation.
  • Proven experience in banking with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and banking business models.
  • Strong tech affinity and comfort working with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms.
  • Experience across strategic change initiatives and operational finance and risk environments such as controlling, data and analytics, reporting, and planning.
  • Familiarity with transformation programs, including process and operating model design and system implementation.
  • Risk management experience is a plus.
  • Experience with finance software, especially SAP and SAP Fioneer, is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Remote-first availability in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, Serbia, or Romania.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
