Description

  • Analyze banking clients’ data management and reporting requirements.
  • Design, build, and deploy data integration and data management functionality.
  • Create data models that support analytical applications and reporting needs.
  • Apply data management expertise to financial services transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with Software Development, Sales, and other SAP Fioneer teams.
  • Support technical mapping, interfacing, and modeling of financial services products.
  • Travel to meet clients and team members as needed, including periodic visits to Mexico City.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects.
  • Initial experience designing data management processes for the banking sector.
  • Solid understanding of technical mapping, interfacing, and modeling of financial services products.
  • Basic configuration experience with SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA.
  • Preferred proficiency in data modeling using ABAP Dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, or another database.
  • Exposure to AI agents and Claude Code.
  • Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
