Description

  • Process vendor invoices using three-way matching against purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Run automatic payment programs and support ACH, check, and wire payment execution to suppliers.
  • Manage invoice exceptions, dispute resolution, and coding discrepancies in SAP.
  • Perform account audits, reconciliations, and revenue recognition activities.
  • Support vendor management, purchasing operations, expense management, and payment processing workflows.
  • Lead or support the Procure to Pay (P2P) implementation process and related operational steps.
  • Work with vendor systems, invoicing platforms, purchasing tools, and payment inquiry processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, procurement, accounting, and technology teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and operational optimizations.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and strong organizational practices within enterprise systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations, financial management, or accounting-related roles.
  • Experience with payment management, invoicing, billing, revenue recognition, account reconciliation, vendor management, and purchasing operations.
  • Experience working in enterprise SAP environments for payments and invoicing, specifically SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) implementation steps and process is required.
  • Experience using Coupa for invoicing and expense management is preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative enterprise environment.
  • Experience in technology, broadband, telecommunications, or other large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
  • Must be able to work remotely in the MST or CST time zone.
  • Candidates who require visa sponsorship or visa transfer are not supported.
