Description

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for the CCUS/BD function.
  • Develop and design PowerPoint pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize the BD team’s funnel, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and progress.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to support deal execution and client engagement.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the VP of BD to prioritize initiatives, manage workflows, and fill operational gaps.
  • Provide input and organizational improvements to strengthen BD processes and outcomes.
  • Support multiple priorities across the BD function and ensure seamless execution of pitch materials and proposal development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or related roles.
  • Prior experience in upstream Oil & Gas is required; CCUS experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and proposal writing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful with strong interpersonal finesse.
  • Proven ability to follow through, work hard, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance); MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to work as part of a longer-term consulting engagement and support multiple priorities (expected 6+ months).
