Description

  • Serve as the primary US-based SCM representative to ensure 24-hour operational continuity across US and Taiwan teams.
  • Oversee inbound supply chain operations, including forecast releases, PR/PO processing, and logistics coordination.
  • Manage VMI operations and HEM supply management to support supply targets and revenue goals.
  • Provide visibility into production capacity and material availability to optimize supply planning with JDM partners.
  • Drive BOM ordering elasticity and MRD reporting to support material and production optimization.
  • Cross-view ECO changes and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve production gaps and supply constraints.
  • Communicate with executive-level stakeholders through clear presentations and written reporting.
  • Support process establishment and program execution across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain execution, including direct supplier management, material or manufacturing capacity planning, and refurbishment.
  • Experience managing CTB (Clear to Build) reports, OPO backlog tracking, and material shortage mitigation.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP, PLM, and ASCP systems.
  • Familiarity with BOM management, costing, and ECO processes is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to consolidate supply elasticity data and deliver analytics to executive leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex task simulations into actionable solutions and formal presentations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong risk mitigation instincts and numerical sensitivity.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively in high-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (Traditional/Taiwanese) is a plus.
  • Must reside in the Western or Central United States (Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones).
  • Must be able to work US daytime hours with overlap for Taiwan early morning hours.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Relocation assistance is not provided.
  • Must reside in the US except for Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.

  • Annual base salary of $111,562 to $150,000 USD.
