Description

  • Leverage data to understand customers and funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute revenue-focused projects.
  • Build and scale products that support customer acquisition, revenue pipeline generation, lead management, and GTM AI workflows.
  • Develop AI-powered products and agents that improve pipeline generation, operational efficiency, lead scoring, content generation, data enrichment, and seller tools.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to deliver growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical leader by mentoring junior engineers and driving engineering discussions and architectural decisions.
  • Influence the adoption of AI and implement product development best practices.
  • Own work across the full stack, including architecture, deployment, testing, and iteration.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or growth-focused environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, including Flask or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, ideally Vue.js or comparable frontend frameworks.
  • Experience working with AWS or other cloud infrastructure platforms for deployment and scalability.
  • Strong understanding of web architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, test, and deploy production-quality systems end-to-end.
  • Experience using data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure impact, and iterate on solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Excellent debugging, technical communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about growth strategy, customer journeys, and go-to-market metrics (preferred).
  • Adaptable, experiment-driven mindset with experience learning from testing and iteration in fast-paced environments (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk, Amplify, Lambda, CloudFront, Kinesis, and EventBridge, and with Google Chrome Extensions (preferred).
  • Knowledge of GTM tools such as Salesforce, Contentful, Hightouch, or similar products (preferred).

  • Annual base salary of $141,950 to $183,700 CAD.
