Description

  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting and ongoing research to expand pipeline and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead complex, solution-based sales campaigns and apply consultative selling to close deals.
  • Manage and drive large enterprise transactions and coordinate cross-functional resources to close deals.
  • Build long-term customer trust and relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and IT.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across sales activities and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role with Enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts, including $500k+ ARR transactions.
  • Experience owning enterprise deal sizes and building C-level relationships.
  • Willingness and comfort with strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work remotely from within the US and operate in EST or CST timezones.
  • Experience working with line-of-business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT) (preferred).
  • Sales performance recognition (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%) and passion for operations (preferred).
