Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting by creating and implementing sourcing strategies (referrals, research, events, social media), engaging passive candidates, and owning a positive candidate experience across multiple requisitions.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand team goals, organize and facilitate interview debriefs, and drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation.
  • Develop and use data-driven insights to identify headwinds and tailwinds in searches, address data analysis challenges, and inform recruiting strategy.
  • Tailor written and verbal communication to different audiences and situations to effectively represent Samsara to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders as a trusted partner, identify friction points, set expectations, and drive initiatives to remove obstacles in the hiring process.
  • Design and execute diversity-focused sourcing and marketing programs, advise on structured interview processes to mitigate bias, and coach interviewers on inclusive interviewing best practices.
  • Track pipeline data, provide consistent updates to hiring managers, and maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Greenhouse and other recruiting tools.
  • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Mexico and legally authorized to work in the country.
  • Ability to create, measure, and scale workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Proven strategic sourcing skills and experience finding and engaging passive candidates.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to elevate teammates.
  • Able to confidently represent Samsara professionally both internally and externally.
  • Previous tech recruiting experience preferred and an ability to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
