Description

  • Own, maintain, and optimize Okta environments, including SSO integrations, group management, Okta Workflows automation, and access policy governance.
  • Design, build, and support integrations and automations using Workato and the OWL-IT IT Genie platform.
  • Administer and support Google Workspace, including app management, group and OU configuration, offboarding automation, and service account governance.
  • Lead identity and access management initiatives such as birthright provisioning, role-based access controls, Saviynt RBAC, and access lifecycle automation.
  • Serve as the primary IT engineering subject matter expert for StateRAMP/FedRAMP IT controls, including scoping, implementation, documentation, and evidence gathering.
  • Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex identity, provisioning, authentication, and security-related IT incidents.
  • Build and maintain documentation such as runbooks, architecture diagrams, access policies, and business process flows in Confluence.
  • Partner with Security, GRC, and cross-functional IT teams to strengthen the security posture of identity and access management infrastructure.
  • Research and evaluate new vendors and technologies, including automation opportunities with tools like Workato One, Vertex AI, and Gemini Enterprise.
  • Mentor teammates and help elevate the technical capabilities of the broader IT Engineering team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT Systems Engineering role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Okta, including SSO configuration, provisioning, group rules, Okta Workflows, and ITGC/SOX-compliant access controls.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining automation with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, with Python preferred, for integration and automation development.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Google Workspace.
  • Experience implementing and supporting an Identity & Access Management solution in a corporate environment.
  • Solid fundamentals in IT security, corporate systems, and compliance, with experience contributing to audit-ready processes and controls documentation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead technical work autonomously across functions and stakeholder levels.
  • Hands-on experience with an IGA/PAM platform, preferred.
  • Experience supporting StateRAMP, FedRAMP, or SOX IT General Controls in a fast-moving environment, preferred.
  • Expertise building complex workflows for automating IT operations processes, preferred.
  • Google Apps Manager (GAM) experience, preferred.
  • Experience with Workato Connector SDK or building custom connectors, preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Splunk, or Terraform, preferred.
  • Experience with SCIM provisioning patterns and troubleshooting across enterprise SaaS applications, preferred.
  • Ability to build Splunk dashboards and alerts for monitoring integrations and identity events, preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $101,575 to $131,450 CAD.
