Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Support Product Owners in refining and maintaining a well-groomed product backlog for upcoming sprints.
  • Provide transparency into progress, team health, and performance through reporting, metrics tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Guide Scrum or Kanban teams through iterations, keeping the team focused and removing impediments.
  • Foster team self-organization and autonomy.
  • Promote continuous learning and sustainable team development at both team and individual levels.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by leading enhancements, evaluating impact, and encouraging continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and decision-making sessions.
  • Align team goals with business priorities and break large deliverables into smaller, value-driven increments.
  • Support and execute a transformation roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a software development environment.
  • 4+ years of experience leading Agile teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodology.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives and defining success metrics for process enhancements.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence senior leadership and stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
  • Experience supporting and executing a transformation roadmap with senior leadership.
