Description

  • Manage the strategy and execution of cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns for international clients.
  • Perform audience research, industry research, and competitor analysis to inform positioning and campaign direction.
  • Define targeting and ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria for each campaign.
  • Create outbound messaging using original copy, AI tools, and audience insights.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve KPIs and lead volume.
  • Identify, test, and refine new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies.
  • Communicate progress and results to clients through reports and regular updates.
  • Manage client retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Track and work toward weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs tied to replies, satisfaction, retention, new ideas, and deals created.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at a tech company.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email sequencers.
  • Proven ability to write high-converting cold email and LinkedIn sequences, with proof of work.
  • Experience using prompt engineering and AI platforms to create messaging flows.
  • Experience in the tech, SaaS, software, or high-growth startup industry.
  • Willingness to experiment with new AI sales tools regularly to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong communication skills, structure, organization, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Availability to work full-time remote hours aligned with EU time zones.
