Description

  • Manage community setup, recruitment, engagement, renewal, and overall health.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Design creative solutions using available tools and processes to meet client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Manage vendors and partners to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables, including invoicing deadlines.
  • Monitor program elements, identify issues early, and resolve problems.
  • Work within Sago systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide clients with timely updates on community status.
  • Support internal and external teams across programming, data processing, insights, reporting, and deliverable validation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of client-facing experience in a market research environment.
  • Management experience.
  • Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, and multi-mode methodology is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are required.
  • Experience with Decipher, PowerBI, S3, Athena, MailChimp, and OpenTexting.
  • Experience with DIY survey tools such as Alida or Fuel Cycle is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and new processes.
  • Open to internal applicants from all regions.
