Description

  • Serve as the client-facing Integration Lead for Workday ERP implementations.
  • Lead integration discovery, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and project leadership regarding integration priorities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Direct integration developers while remaining hands-on with design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Facilitate discovery and design sessions and translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Manage integration scope, timelines, quality standards, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators.
  • Identify and escalate risks and develop alternative technical or functional approaches.
  • Review integration designs for quality, security, consistency, and standards alignment.
  • Improve integration methods, processes, and reusable solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of integration consulting or implementation experience, recently as an Integration Lead or similar.
  • Experience leading the integration workstream for a Workday implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
  • Experience directing integration developers and managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and expectations.
  • Strong client-facing communication and discovery-session facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated follow-through and ability to produce high-quality deliverables with limited oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Workday integration certification preferred.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Financials, higher education ERP implementations, or PeopleSoft-to-Workday transformations preferred.
