Description

  • Manage assigned projects independently to meet customer expectations and BRPH’s mission and vision.
  • Understand project scope, goals, limitations, and the customer’s objectives.
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers, design teams, construction administration teams, contractors, and agencies.
  • Develop project scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts, and plan project activities, schedules, milestones, and cost projections.
  • Establish, communicate, manage, and control project budgets and timeline status.
  • Lead and manage project teams, staff, and consultants while conveying customer and firm expectations.
  • Control project execution to maintain quality, profitability, reputability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Practice risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare bid and contract documents, including Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Specifications.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, databases, status reports, and closeout materials; support invoicing, accounts payable, and marketing efforts.
  • Attend quality control reviews and, when needed, visit construction sites to monitor progress, review RFIs, prepare ASIs/PRs, and report status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a construction-related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in project management duties described in the posting.
  • Must be a licensed professional engineer or architect.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Project, and Word.
  • Ability to perform complex work requiring independent judgment and progressive experience.
  • Experience supporting construction administration activities, including site meetings, RFI reviews, and progress reporting, is part of the role.
  • Ability to maintain project quality standards and follow BRPH Systems Manuals.
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required physical capabilities.
