Description

  • Manage a team of project managers and project coordinators to ensure successful market research projects.
  • Partner with account management, sales, recruiting, and other departments to resolve challenges, escalations, and project execution needs.
  • Assign new projects based on team knowledge, experience, and capacity.
  • Manage resources to support accurate and timely project delivery within timelines and budget.
  • Serve as the operational leader for strategic accounts, ensuring SOPs and SLAs are executed consistently.
  • Support sales on feasibility assessments and on unique or complex studies.
  • Conduct quality control audits and identify process issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing performance management, feedback, career coaching, and training for direct reports.
  • Identify team skill gaps and develop training opportunities and action plans to address them.
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings with staff and partner with the Director of Project Management on team goals.
