Description

  • Support the development lifecycle by executing manual and automated testing within development teams.
  • Implement, refactor, and improve the existing test automation framework.
  • Participate in regression testing cycles.
  • Identify quality issues proactively and drive resolution through root cause analysis and stakeholder coordination.
  • Develop structured test strategies for complex systems and ambiguous requirements.
  • Work across APIs, web applications, and mobile platforms to ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify issues and support delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in QA.
  • 3+ years of general QA or automation QA experience.
  • Deep understanding of QA processes, test design techniques, and industry standards.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript scripting.
  • Strong expertise with automation tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, or WebdriverIO.
  • Strong expertise in API and integration-level testing.
  • Strong expertise in test data preparation and management.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience managing QA work in tools such as TestRail, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience with white-box or grey-box testing.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, with AWS preferred, as well as CI/CD workflows and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or scaling environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated data environments is a plus.
  • Experience building or supporting admin tools and internal platforms is a bonus.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development or testing tools is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Capacitor is a bonus.
