Description

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to identify medical practices that fit the free RxVantage platform and conduct outreach.
  • Generate new sales leads through outbound calling and emailing, and by following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Inspire prospects to learn how RxVantage can benefit their business and convert interest into booked demos with Account Executives.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Understand RxVantage’s offerings and tailor messaging to each prospect’s needs.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce.com and outreach.io.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing team members to meet organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ months in a qualifying or prospecting role required.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with or willingness to use CRM and outreach tools such as Salesforce.com and outreach.io.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and persuasive personality with intellect, curiosity, hunger, and grit.
  • Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Professionalism and persistence in follow-up; comfortable handling rejection and learning from failure.
  • Able to work from anywhere within the United States.
