Description

  • Own the sales enablement content strategy and execution, including the Bill of Materials (BoM) across key market verticals.
  • Create and maintain a library of sales presentations, one-pagers, leave-behinds, and other segment-specific collateral.
  • Partner with the Principal Product Marketing Manager to translate competitive intelligence into battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitive playbooks.
  • Track content effectiveness and measure the impact of enablement materials on win rates and sales productivity.
  • Support product launches and new market entry by translating launch strategy, positioning, and messaging into enablement kits.
  • Develop training materials and sales-ready collateral that support go-to-market execution.
  • Establish version control processes and manage the content repository so sales teams can easily find current materials.
  • Ensure all sales enablement materials remain current, professional, and aligned with messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing and sales stakeholders to bridge strategy and execution.
  • Optionally travel to industry conferences, in-person sales trainings, and company events.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience creating sales collateral and enablement content for different market segments.
  • Ability to translate complex positioning and competitive information into clear sales-ready materials.
  • Experience managing content operations, version control, or a centralized content repository.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with product marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience measuring content effectiveness or impact on sales performance (preferred).
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market execution (preferred).
  • Familiarity with life sciences or medical practice markets (preferred).
