Description

  • Evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday queries and assess the relevance and quality of results.
  • Complete a variety of assigned search evaluation and data-labeling tasks to support AI training datasets.
  • Apply online research skills to find, verify, and analyze information using minimal query input.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy according to SLAs and provide consistent, reliable judgments.
  • Follow project processes including completing training, passing required tests, and adhering to the project NDA.
  • Stick to an agreed schedule and manage time/productivity while working from a home office environment.
  • Report findings and complete assignment workflows as directed by the project guidelines and tools.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the United States (Wyoming).
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours and maximum of 29 hours per week.
  • Strong online research skills and a good understanding of popular culture in the United States.
  • Inquisitive and interested in AI, with critical thinking skills to assess relevance and significance of information.
  • Self-discipline to stick to a schedule and meet quality/accuracy SLAs while working from home.
  • Must sign and adhere to the project NDA and pass training modules plus a required client-created test before commencing work.
  • Have a smartphone and a personal computer with a reliable internet connection and up-to-date antivirus software.
  • Only one Search Quality Rater permitted per household.
  • Candidates cannot be engaged with RWS as both a payroll employee and a freelancer/independent contractor within the same calendar year (legal/compliance requirement).
