Description

  • Test and evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday search queries across varied assignments.
  • Perform targeted online research to locate, assess, and validate relevant information for search results.
  • Analyze content and assess its relevance, quality, and usefulness according to project guidelines.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy service-level agreements (SLAs) for assigned tasks.
  • Follow assignment schedules, meet weekly hour commitments, and manage time effectively while working from home.
  • Complete training modules, pass required tests, and apply training guidelines to live rating tasks.
  • Adhere to project NDA and follow client-specific instructions and rating protocols.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in the United States (New Hampshire).
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in the United States and excellent online research skills.
  • Self-discipline to work from a home office and stick to a schedule despite distractions.
  • Ability to analyze information critically and assess its relevance or significance.
  • Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
  • Have a smartphone and personal computer with a reliable internet connection and reliable antivirus software.
  • Must pass training modules and a required test created by the client before commencing work.
  • Only one Search Quality Rater per household; candidates cannot be both an RWS payroll employee and an RWS freelancer/contractor in the same calendar year.
