Description

  • Test and evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday search queries.
  • Complete a variety of search relevance and quality rating assignments using expert online-research skills.
  • Analyze search results and assess their relevance, accuracy, and usefulness to end users.
  • Contribute labeled data and feedback used to improve AI search systems and overall user search experience.
  • Adhere to quality and accuracy SLAs for all assigned tasks.
  • Follow a set schedule and maintain productivity while working from a home office.
  • Complete required training modules and pass the client-created test before beginning paid work.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in the United States (Minnesota).
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have strong online research skills and a strong understanding of U.S. popular culture.
  • Have the self-discipline to follow a work schedule and maintain focus in a home-office environment.
  • Must sign and adhere to a project non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
  • Own a smartphone and a personal computer with a reliable internet connection and reliable antivirus software.
  • Pass required training modules and a client-created test before commencing paid work.
  • Only one Search Quality Rater allowed per household.
  • Cannot be engaged with RWS as both a payroll employee and a freelancer/independent contractor within the same calendar year (legal/compliance requirement).
