Description

  • Test and evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday search queries and rate the relevance and quality of results.
  • Perform online searches and research tasks across a variety of assignments to generate labeled data for AI improvement.
  • Follow project-specific rating guidelines and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy SLAs, documenting findings and applying critical analysis to assess result relevance or significance.
  • Adhere to a regular schedule and manage assigned hours remotely, committing to 10–29 hours per week as required.
  • Complete required training modules and pass the client’s qualification test before beginning productive work.
  • Protect confidential information by signing and adhering to the project NDA and following the one-rater-per-household rule.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in the United States (Idaho).
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in the United States.
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and a maximum of 29 hours per week.
  • Sign and adhere to the project NDA.
  • Have a smartphone and a personal computer with a reliable internet connection.
  • Have reliable antivirus software installed on your computer.
  • Must pass training modules and a required client-created test before commencing work.
  • Only one Search Quality Rater allowed per household.
  • Cannot be engaged with RWS as both a payroll employee and a freelancer/independent contractor within the same calendar year.
