Description

  • Evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday queries and provide actionable feedback to improve results.
  • Perform targeted online research and use search expertise to locate relevant information using concise queries.
  • Review and rate relevance, quality and usefulness of results across text, audio, images and video.
  • Complete a variety of assigned tasks following client guidelines and quality SLAs.
  • Maintain accuracy and meet scheduled work hours while working from a home office.
  • Complete required training modules and pass the client’s qualification test before starting live tasks.
  • Sign and adhere to the project NDA and follow project rules (e.g., one rater per household).

Requirements

  • Currently reside in Mexico and be legally able to work as a remote contractor or private individual.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (Mexico) and English.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Availability to work 5–40 hours per week (typical average ~15 hours/week) and stick to a committed schedule.
  • Must pass training modules and a required client test before commencing paid work.
  • Have a smartphone and a personal computer with a reliable internet connection and up-to-date antivirus software.
  • Sign and adhere to the project NDA; only one Search Quality Rater per household is allowed.
  • When applying, indicate vendor status (Freelancer with business license/VAT or EIN, or Private Individual—no business license).
  • No prior experience required (training provided).
