Description

  • Partner with the CEO to set technology direction and lead a business unit’s priorities, execution, and outcomes.
  • Connect customer demand, investment decisions, product delivery, and commercial results.
  • Drive practical adoption of AI, LLMs, and automation across products and engineering workflows.
  • Define success measures and move AI initiatives into production, evaluating quality, reliability, cost, and customer value.
  • Lead Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, infrastructure leaders, and Data Science teams.
  • Develop leadership capability while establishing clear ownership, accountability, and delivery expectations.
  • Evolve high-throughput, real-time infrastructure to support growth.
  • Balance rapid experimentation with platform resilience, security, and operational discipline.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering or software architecture background with the ability to challenge senior-level design decisions.
  • Experience connecting technical decisions to product priorities and long-term business needs.
  • Commercial mindset and willingness to lead a business unit alongside a technology organization.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, make trade-offs, and own outcomes beyond the engineering roadmap.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and workflows.
  • Knowledge of how to assess AI value and limitations and deploy AI responsibly in production.
  • Proven experience leading engineering organizations through managers and technical leads.
  • Experience building strong teams and fostering autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
