Description

  • Test and evaluate search engine responses to everyday user queries.
  • Assess the relevance and quality of search results and online information.
  • Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and video to improve AI training data.
  • Complete assigned evaluation tasks accurately while meeting quality and accuracy SLAs.
  • Follow project procedures, schedules, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Complete required training modules and client assessments before starting work.

Requirements

  • English and German language proficiency.
  • Current residence in Germany and strong familiarity with German popular culture.
  • Strong online research, critical-thinking, and information-evaluation abilities.
  • Availability to work 5–20 hours per week, averaging approximately 15 hours weekly.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet access.
  • Reliable antivirus software on the computer.
  • Ability to pass required training modules and a client test.
  • Willingness to sign and comply with a project NDA.
  • Only one Search Quality Rater may participate per household.
