Description

  • Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations using the project’s core dimensions of Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines to deliver consistent and accurate evaluations.
  • Use the client’s proprietary platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain an approximate workload of 4 hours per business day, if possible.
  • Participate in the project’s qualification and onboarding process as required.

Requirements

  • A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or experience as a professional linguist.
  • Native-level fluency in Indonesian.
  • Ability to start on or around June 1st.
  • Availability for the full 2-month project duration.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 4 hours per business day, preferably.
  • Must be a freelancer or private individual; companies are not being engaged for this project.
  • Willingness to take and pass a project-specific qualification test.
  • Short English language assessment and target-language assessment are required during the recruitment process.
