Description

  • Read simulated advertiser-AI conversations and evaluate the technical accuracy of chatbot recommendations.
  • Fact-check platform strategies against correct campaign structures and full-funnel objectives.
  • Interpret performance data to assess whether metrics logically support the AI’s advice.
  • Identify and flag inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or hallucinated AI responses.
  • Write clear, actionable feedback to correct errors and improve model performance.
  • Apply industry knowledge from digital marketing and advertising to review AI outputs.
  • Support model training and setup during the initial onboarding period.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on digital advertising campaign management, with Meta Ads Manager strongly preferred and Google Ads acceptable, or 1+ year with demonstrated Meta Ads Manager proficiency across multiple campaign types.
  • End-to-end campaign building experience with working knowledge of campaign hierarchy, full-funnel objectives, and key performance metrics.
  • Exceptional English written communication and reading comprehension.
  • Must be located in the USA and have a reliable computer with Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina+ and high-speed internet.
  • Availability for 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
  • Must be reachable online from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the first 10 business days for training and setup.
  • Familiarity with Meta's Advantage+ suite, audience segmentation, A/B or split testing, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, advertising policies, and Special Ad Categories (preferred).
  • Basic awareness of AI/LLM limitations and prior experience in quality assurance, content evaluation, data labeling, or AI annotation (preferred).
