Description

  • Read and review input and output texts in full, comparing them for differences and translation issues.
  • Determine whether tasks should be rejected due to loading errors, language mismatch, inappropriate content, or other disqualifying issues.
  • Assess translation accuracy and consistency, ensuring the meaning and key information are preserved.
  • Identify and document discrepancies by citing specific text and explaining the differences between source and translated content.
  • Suggest minimal corrections when appropriate to improve the output while preserving the original intent.
  • Review advertisement pairs across different formats and platforms to spot critical translation errors while maintaining promotional effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle inconsistencies in written content.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills in the required languages.
  • Ability to follow structured guidelines and make accurate, consistent judgment calls.
  • Experience in content review, proofreading, translation, or a similar quality-focused role.
  • Availability to work flexibly for about 2 to 4 hours per day.
  • Must be able to complete an application screening, language assessments, internal evaluation, and final qualification assessment.
