Description

  • Implement and manage scalable “through partner” marketing programs leveraging global campaigns to generate partner-sourced leads, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Manage execution of channel marketing programs, resources, and tools that support partner-sourced demand generation.
  • Create, execute, and report on quarterly partner marketing plans, including budget tracking and ROI measurement.
  • Track and report partner demand metrics to quantify program impact and inform optimization.
  • Coordinate and educate internal stakeholders and partner teams to implement agreed-upon initiatives and programs.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with partner marketing and sales stakeholders to drive joint activity.
  • Build close partnerships with internal channel sales, channel marketing, field, and sales marketing teams to support partner plan deployment.
  • Support and facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure diligent execution of unique marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Communicate program status, results, and next steps with clarity using excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tech industry and with partner marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute and manage enterprise-level marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines.
  • In-depth understanding of the reseller partner ecosystem and experience working with enterprise-scale IT partners.
  • IT industry experience with knowledge of Cloud and Cyber security domains.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building, time management, and communication skills.
  • Experience tracking and reporting demand metrics and measuring program ROI.
  • Ability to manage budget reporting for partner marketing plans.
  • High energy, “can-do” attitude, executes with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits

  • US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle) base salary range: $114,900 — $172,300 USD.
  • US (all other US offices/remote) base salary range: $103,400 — $155,100 USD.
  • Role is eligible for bonus potential, equity, and company benefits.
