Description

  • Drive the full sales process from prospecting through closing and account management.
  • Develop and manage a seven-figure book of business, including repeat and future opportunities.
  • Research target markets and identify leads from multiple sources.
  • Qualify prospects against the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Conduct personalized outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Pitch to C-suite decision makers by consulting on business challenges and presenting the value of the service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and draft and deliver proposals.
  • Manage onsite account relationships and rebooking opportunities at events.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to manage pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Track, maintain, and report key performance indicators to Sales Managers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience in B2B events.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to travel regularly to events.
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or B2B events.
  • Professional and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for sales and professional development.
  • Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
  • Ability to work proactively and under pressure.
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Experience with HubSpot, preferred.

Benefits

  • $55,000-$75,000 base salary plus bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission.
  • Year-one total compensation expected to be $100,000-$125,000.
