Description

  • Generate direct sales by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closure.
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities in the China market.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies.
  • Expand RTB House’s portfolio of new clients.
  • Participate in product and offer presentations and pitches to prospective clients and agencies.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Partner with technical and account management teams to support client delivery.
  • Communicate with customers by telephone and email in line with company standards and procedures.
  • Create formal offers and present them to potential customers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and reporting on sales pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and major recent trends.
  • Existing meaningful relationships with ecommerce clients in the China and Hong Kong markets.
  • Knowledge of the RTB model is an asset.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the online industry preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment preferred.
  • University degree.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Persuasion, exceptional negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
