Description

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to implement SEO initiatives.
  • Create and manage long-term content and optimization roadmaps.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall business outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO initiatives.
  • Analyze competitors, industry trends, and search opportunities.
  • Stay current on Google algorithm updates, search behavior changes, and AI-driven search developments.
  • Present recommendations, findings, and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior SEO team members when applicable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SEO experience managing competitive campaigns and client accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and on-page optimization.
  • Experience managing multiple SEO projects or client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and Google Business Profile.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience communicating directly with clients and presenting recommendations.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience working with law firms or legal marketing clients preferred.
  • Experience managing or mentoring SEO team members preferred.
  • Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles and content strategy development preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven search trends, AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, and emerging search technologies preferred.
  • WordPress experience preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
