Description

  • Own and evolve SEO strategy for the client’s web properties and digital programs.
  • Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Audit technical and content SEO and create prioritized implementation roadmaps.
  • Track organic performance, rankings, and visibility, using data to recommend improvements.
  • Advise content and copy teams on search-informed content and campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical leads on architecture, indexation, crawlability, structured data, and page performance.
  • Define on-page SEO requirements, including metadata, headings, internal links, URLs, and canonicalization.
  • Protect organic performance during migrations, redesigns, and platform releases; validate implementations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Build SEO dashboards and present results, insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Develop SEO standards and playbooks, mentor colleagues, and participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing, with ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise in crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, and page performance.
  • Experience with keyword research, search intent analysis, and content optimization.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, prioritized recommendations and explain the rationale.
  • Experience driving implementation with developers, designers, and content teams.
  • Client-facing or agency experience presenting results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Expertise with Google Search Console, Semrush, SERP tracking, and competitive intelligence tools.
  • Experience with component-based web content management systems and publishing workflows; Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and organic performance metrics.
  • Business-level English and familiarity with AI/LLM-driven search, AEO, and generative search optimization.
