Description

  • Ship product using AI-assisted prototyping and an internal coding agent to move ideas from concept to production faster.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization toward the squad’s north star metric.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to define and deliver solutions.
  • Write clear, decision-ready PRDs and make tradeoffs that serve users and the business.
  • Use data and dashboards to analyze performance and track progress.
  • Run experiments to test hypotheses and iterate quickly.
  • Conduct research using AI tools to synthesize market signals, competitive intelligence, and user feedback.
  • Maintain a healthy, fast-moving product development process through clear communication and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience driving product decisions and building product features.
  • Strong user empathy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Clear communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools for research, writing, analysis, prototyping, or shipping.
  • Comfort with quantitative and qualitative data, dashboards, and hands-on analysis.
  • Ability to learn in ambiguity, take action, and follow through on commitments.
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with ability to influence without authority.
  • Care for UX and ability to articulate product improvements clearly in writing, mockups, or conversation.
  • Experience in labor marketplaces, healthcare tech, or an early-stage startup (preferred).
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Replit, or v0 to build prototypes or ship features (preferred).

  • $128,000-$165,000 USD pay range for Tier 1 locations; other geographic tiers range from $95,000-$150,000 USD.
