Description

  • Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
  • Run module-specific client workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
  • Provide configuration strategy guidance and system optimization recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders and manage escalations.
  • Drive milestone sign-offs and maintain project transparency through reporting.
  • Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
  • Mentor team members, conduct regular 1:1s, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Own QA cycles, integration validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Support team performance, risk management, and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 7–10 years of HRIS experience.
  • Experience leading at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
  • Experience owning end-to-end module or functional process delivery (preferred).
  • Experience with integration validation and troubleshooting (preferred).
  • Experience supporting HRIS certification journeys and mentoring junior consultants (preferred).
