Description

  • Manage accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, outstanding balance monitoring, and collections follow-up.
  • Manage accounts payable processing, including invoice review, verification, recording, and supplier payments.
  • Process monthly payroll by validating inputs, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely salary disbursements.
  • Record accruals, intercompany transactions, and other accounting entries in the ERP system with proper supporting documentation.
  • Manage treasury operations, including approved payments, bank receipt monitoring, and regular bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly balance sheet schedules and revenue/debtor reconciliations against the ERP.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close activities within required timelines.
  • Prepare and submit GST/SST returns and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with interim and year-end audits.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting operations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, treasury management, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems such as Xero, Tally, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Technology-forward mindset with willingness to leverage AI-powered tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
