Description

  • Coordinate monthly transfer pricing adjustments with accounting and finance teams and monitor execution in the ERP system.
  • Perform period controls on arm's length profitability for Aleph entities in APAC and Europe.
  • Coordinate, review, and update transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and country-by-country reporting notifications.
  • Stay current on transfer pricing legislation, regulations, and judicial decisions across relevant markets.
  • Partner with accounting, treasury, legal, HR, advisors, and auditors on transfer pricing matters.
  • Define audit defense strategy, answer internal transfer pricing requests, and prepare memos supporting group tax positions.
  • Identify transfer pricing risks and develop planning ideas related to transfer pricing policies.
  • Design and maintain transfer pricing guidelines for new controlled transactions.
  • Improve and automate transfer pricing processes and workflows, including adoption of AI tools.

Requirements

  • Advanced/bilingual English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Economics, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in multinational companies or a combination of multinational company and Big 4 experience.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including reading financial statements and understanding P&L and balance sheet drivers.
  • Ability to work independently with ERP data, specifically SAP.
  • Excellent knowledge of transfer pricing principles, BEPS initiatives, OECD guidelines, and local TP regulations across APAC and Europe.
  • Proven experience managing transfer pricing compliance across multiple countries and time zones simultaneously.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Openness and ability to use AI tools in day-to-day work to improve efficiency, quality, and process simplification.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables across teams and deadlines.
  • Nice to have: MBA or MA in Economics, deep knowledge of international tax, and experience with tax audits and TP practitioners across multiple jurisdictions.
