Description

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach.
  • Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the hiring process on track.
  • Own operational workflows and help run efficient, scalable hiring campaigns rather than sourcing or resume review.
  • Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with US- and PH-based team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/operations, ideally post-college and in a business setting.
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to keep processes moving without items falling through the cracks.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work.
  • Availability to work US business hours (EST) and overlap with US schedules.
  • Ability to work full-time as a contract role (40 hours/week) remotely.
  • Candidates based in the Philippines are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or email campaign tools (preferred).
