Description

  • Design digital products for web and mobile by creating research-informed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to support feature planning and prioritization.
  • Apply UX methods such as journey mapping, user flows, and usability testing to improve product experiences.
  • Lead visual design on selected projects, producing layouts and assets for product and marketing needs.
  • Create presentation decks and other visual collateral for clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams during handoff, development, and QA by providing annotated designs and input.
  • Support discovery phases and help define product direction alongside strategy and engineering partners.
  • Contribute to additional design needs such as case studies, marketing assets, and content design for social media or internal documentation.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in product and visual design across web and/or mobile digital experiences.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, including user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
  • Proven ability to own features or tracks of work with minimal oversight from wireframes through high-fidelity execution.
  • Experience contributing to discovery phases and helping define product direction with strategy and engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in a Mac environment.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Harvest.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.
  • Strong organization, proactivity, and time management in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Bonus: experience in client-facing or agency settings with flexibility, autonomy, and cross-functional teamwork.
