Description

Make key decisions about the future of banking and investment systems by balancing technical and business considerations.
Develop full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Node, and GraphQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify evolving business needs and communicate technical tradeoffs.
Architect scalable solutions that support business objectives and long-term technical sustainability.
Own the full lifecycle of Autopilot technology, from planning and development through production maintenance and optimization.
Investigate and resolve performance, observability, and user experience issues.
Work with vendor integrations and troubleshoot related issues.
Lead problem-solving efforts in a growing organization and help guide solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience with some combination of Node/TypeScript, React/React Native, GraphQL, and Postgres or a similar relational database.
Experience building user interfaces with React.
Experience building back-end services in Node and GraphQL.
Understanding of observability and performance debugging.
Experience working with vendor integrations and investigating related issues.
Ability to understand business context and the impact of the software on users.
Comfort working in a growing organization and taking the lead on challenging problems.
Experience mentoring others and contributing to team growth (preferred).
Interest in full-stack development across front-end and back-end systems.
