Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions.
  • Design consistent, scalable UI components and design systems.
  • Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and help improve team design processes.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work from research to final visuals.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools such as Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working on both web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS/React is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech or digital product environments is an advantage.
