Description

  • Create visually compelling and intuitive UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate UX concepts, user flows, and requirements into high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain scalable UI components and design systems.
  • Apply strong visual design principles across typography, color, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and interaction design.
  • Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.
  • Ensure consistency across digital products while following brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and pixel-perfect handoff.
  • Stay current with modern UI, visual, interaction, and digital design trends.
  • Mentor junior designers and help improve design quality and processes.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in UI design, visual design, or digital product design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong expertise in visual design, including typography, color, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and composition.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design and the ability to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other UI/prototyping tools such as Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience designing and maintaining design systems, reusable UI components, and visual guidelines.
  • Experience creating responsive designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and UI design best practices.
  • Ability to translate UX requirements, user flows, and concepts into polished, high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on visual consistency and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Experience collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency.
  • Experience working with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS/React is a plus.
  • Experience working in digital products, fintech, or digital agency environments is an advantage.
