Description

  • Lead end-to-end design for UK, international, and global post-purchase initiatives across app and web.
  • Own complex, ambiguous problem spaces by defining problem statements, success metrics, and design direction.
  • Partner with product, engineering, data, research, content design, and design leadership to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Use research, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to design systems and patterns that improve product consistency and scalability.
  • Facilitate team alignment, clarify trade-offs, and support informed decision-making.
  • Balance speed, quality, customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Mentor other designers and help improve the quality of team processes and work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Experience owning ambiguous problems and driving work with minimal oversight.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide design decisions.
  • Ability to influence product direction and improve team practices.
  • Adaptability, openness to feedback, and willingness to use modern tools including AI.
  • Proficiency with Figma, G Suite, Notion, or similar design and collaboration tools.
